21 Day Rapid Weight Loss Program starting 9/13/14
INCLUDES: Daily Food Plan with Recipes, 21 Day UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP to GMCF, Scheduled initial/follow up assessments with a trainer, Goal Setting, Weight Loss Counseling, Accountability Partners, Daily Workout Schedule, and a Private Facebook Group.
Boot Camp (MORNINGS) with Trisha Selbach – Mondays, Wednesday, Friday at 6:15-7:15am and 7:30-8:30am.
Boot Camp (NIGHTS 45min) 5:30pm -6:15pm Wed w/Martha
A fusion of strength, agility, flexibility and balance; boot camp is a creative and unique workout using just your body weight. Boot camp is for everyone’s inner athlete. You can start boot camp at whatever level you are at because everything can be modified. Boot camp is not a class but personal training in a group where everyone works to get stronger and healthier at their own pace. A perfect total body workout!
Beast Boot Camp with Trisha Selbach – Tuesday+Thursday 6:15am-7:15am and Sat 8-9am
Beast Boot Camp is old school Boot Camp with a Beastie Twist. Half the hour will be spent getting our heart rate up with good old fashion jumping jacks, power jumps, burpees, and suicide runs. Then we’ll pick up the weights for some good old fashion weight lifting! The best of both worlds for a great cardio work out with a special emphasis on building muscle, it’s like INSANITY married P90X.
Zumba Fitness® Classes with Ami Maglin – Saturdays at 10:30-11:30am
Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive. *The Saturday class only costs $5 for non-members!
INSANITY® with Sara – Mondays at 5:30pm-6:20pm
Get in the best shape of your life with Max Interval Training. Burn up to 1000 calories an hour with this workout designed by dancer/trainer Shaun T for the Beachbody DVD series.
Empower Hour Yoga with Amanda – Thursdays at 5:30pm-6:30pm
An hour long fun and challenging Vinyasa flow class featuring poses that build strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, and focus. This class also incorporates music, attention to your own unique needs, and a lot of TLC. You will leave feeling strong, relaxed, and restored.
Hot Pop Dance Class with Elizabeth – Thursdays at 7:30pm-8:30pm
A sensually-driven pop modern class, blending burlesque, hip-hop, and modern into one. Each class begins with a full body warm-up, model walking and choreography moving across the floor, and then we dive into choreography that we will build on each week. The focus is on personal expression more than technique, so every move is taught with the intention that each student will find a way to make it their own. The aim is to have fun and feel confident, while getting a good work out.
PIYO® with Sara – Thursdays at 5:30pm-6:15pm
PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts.
